Exchange policy

Goods bought at SAPRA PAINTS PRIVATE LIMITED may be exchanged within 7 days from the day of purchase. Any product to be exchanged must be accompanied by the original invoice, original packing and accessories. A credit note will be issued which must be redeemed the full value. The credit note is valid for 10 days from the date of issue.

Exclusives:

  •  Altered, damaged, used, discounted products and merchandise bought on promotional schemes.
  • Shades/products tinted/made to order are not returnable/exchangeable in any case.

 

After sales service:

  • After sales service for products will be provided by the respective manufacturers based on their warranty terms and conditions. We will assist customers for any complaint follow up. But claim if any will be settled among manufacturers and customers only.
  • For speedy action to any complaint regarding any material, customers are advised to log in their complaint on the phone number printed on all containers.
  • The exchange policy is the prerogative of the management and subject to applicable terms and conditions, from time to time. The decision of the Management/Store Manager regarding the exchange of product is final and binding. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court at New Delhi alone.
