Goods bought at SAPRA PAINTS PVT. LTD. may be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase. Any product to be exchanged must be accompanied by the original invoice, original packing & accessories if any. A credit note will be issued which must be redeemed to the full value. The material return voucher is valid for 10 days from the date of issue.


Altered, damaged, used, discounted products and merchandise bought on promotional schemes. Shades/products tinted/made to order are not returnable/exchangeable in any case.


After-sales service for products will be provided by the respective manufacturers based on their warranty, terms & Conditions. We will assist customers with any complaint follow-up. But the Claim if any will be settled among Manufactures & customers only.

For speedy action to any complaint regarding any material, customers are advised to log in respective company/Customer care number.

The exchange policy is the prerogative of the Management and is subject to applicable terms and conditions. The decision of the Management/Store Manager regarding the exchange of products is final and binding. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts in New Delhi alone.
